Additional services for minibreweries

We have developed our additional services in response to our clients' needs. We will be happy to share our practical experience.

Beer producers are required by law to:

• set up and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
• prepare documents for the assessment and collection of excise duty by the customs administration
• obtain a business license for brewing and malting

We will be happy to help you fulfill these statutory requirements as we have successfully completed these requirements ourselves. Besides legal formalities, our clients often ask us to assist in increasing their beer sales. We can recommend steps and procedures and know they are effective because they have worked for other clients. We know from experience that beer from a minibrewery is a marketing attraction, and try to underscore this with brewery excursions, brewing for public viewing, beer brewing courses, public tastings, evenings with the brewmaster, lectures, beer brewed to order, and above all, personal contacts between customers and the brewmaster. We train our brewmasters to use direct marketing skills with their personal contact with the customers.

Recently, there has been a trend towards brewing specialty beers and beers according to unique regional recipes, and we can provide assistance in this respect as well. We regularly brew beers of the Bavarian Weizen (Wheat Beer) type, as well as various ales and stouts in both our brewery and our clients' breweries. We also make beers based on our own custom recipes, such as beers with nettle, caramel or linden honey flavors, which have quickly become popular with our customers. We can offer proven recipes for flavorful and interesting beers.

Marketing counseling – marketing plan

The aim of our marketing is to attract new clients to come for their first visit, and to maintain the interest of existing customers so that they come back regularly. We prepare a tailored marketing plan for each of our clients and assist them with its implementation.
